The form reaches the atlas team. Choose the topic closest to your question: the hint under the list says what we can do with it. If you are reporting a fact that has changed, the page address and a link to your source help us most.
Never include payment card numbers, passwords or scans of ID in a message; nothing we do requires them.

Messages to either address are handled by the support team acting for the company named below. We do not run phone lines or chat.
When to expect a reply
We aim to reply to messages within five working days. A correction that needs a fresh check of the register or of a bookmaker’s pages can take longer; we will tell you when it is done.
Requests about your personal data are answered within one month, as data protection law requires. The Privacy notice explains what we keep from the form and for how long.

What we cannot help with
- Betting accounts are outside our reach: we have no access to view, close or alter them, and we cannot reverse a bet or release a withdrawal. Only the bookmaker can.
- We cannot decide a dispute between you and a bookmaker. Start with the bookmaker’s complaints process, then any dispute service named in its terms. The GRAI accepts complaints about licence holders through its complaints page, but it does not settle individual disputes. The steps are in Complaints about a bookmaker.
- We cannot exclude you from bookmakers. Self-exclusion is set up with each bookmaker; Ireland’s national exclusion register is not yet operating. See Responsible gambling.
- We do not give betting advice or predictions.
