Betmaster operator file: GRAI licence, company and safeguards
Betmaster runs its sportsbook on an Irish domain, betmaster.ie, through BM Solutions Ltd, which has held GRAI-0735-RB-26-0001 since 1 July 2026. The licence is unusually well signposted on the site; the terms, withdrawal times and complaint route are not, and this file marks each gap.

Licence and register
Betmaster is operated for customers in Ireland by BM Solutions Ltd, which holds a remote betting licence from the Gambling Regulatory Authority of Ireland: GRAI-0735-RB-26-0001, issued on 1 July 2026 and due to expire on 30 June 2029. Trading names listed on the register: Casinoin, Betmaster. You can look it up on the GRAI public register; we last checked it on 4 October 2026.
On the site we link to, Betmaster states: “BM Solutions Ltd … licenced and regulated … by the GRAI with a betting licence number GRAI-0735-RB-26-0001 issued on the 1st of July 2026 to provide sportsbook products” (site footer of betmaster.ie, read from an Irish IP address on 3 October 2026)
Irish terms: Terms of Service published as a PDF; we could not confirm the version or date.
This file covers sports betting only.

Licence & register
8.5 out of 10. On licensing, betmaster.ie does more than most. Its footer, read from an Irish IP address on 3 October 2026, names BM Solutions Ltd and GRAI-0735-RB-26-0001 “to provide sportsbook products”, links the number to a PDF copy of the licence on the same domain, and links again to the company’s own entry on the GRAI register. All of it matches the register. We found no sanction for 2025–2026. The deduction (−1.5) is for the terms: they are published as a PDF “Terms of Service” that we did not open, and we found no terms page on the site, so we could not confirm a version, a date or how the terms describe the GRAI licence.
Safer-betting tools
8 out of 10. The footer names the four core tools — deposit limits, reality checks, time-out and self-exclusion — and the account area adds net and gross deposit limits, loss limits, wagering limits, time limits and a gambling history. That is a wide range. What is missing is the detail: we could not confirm the periods for time-out and self-exclusion (−1) or how long a higher limit takes to apply (−1).
Payments & withdrawal terms
6 out of 10. The cashier set up for the Irish market, in euro, lists debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), Google Pay, Apple Pay, Skrill, Neteller, MiFinity, MuchBetter, Payz and paysafecard, with Neosurf and bank transfer for deposits only. Its “Limits and fees” notice sets a €20 minimum deposit and withdrawal, €10,000 per withdrawal and caps of €10,000 a day, €20,000 a week and €60,000 a month, and says credit card deposits are not accepted. Withdrawals go back to the method used to deposit. No withdrawal times are published, and we could not confirm fees or that the same list appears to a visitor in Ireland. Our method sets 5 for methods without timings; the published limits lift that to 6.
Market coverage
4.5 out of 10. The sportsbook is built as a web app, and its list of sports could not be read in full. Horse racing and greyhounds have their own section, football events appear in the sportsbook, and the interface includes In-Play, cash out and an esports section. The interface also contains labels for Gaelic football and hurling, but we could not confirm that any Gaelic games markets are offered, and rugby and the League of Ireland were not confirmed either.
Pricing
Not scored yet. The atlas will score Pricing from the overround on a dated sample of identical markets taken at every operator on the same day. No sample exists yet, so the criterion is blank for all and its 10% weight passes to the other five; Betmaster’s 6.8 is calculated on those.
Support & complaints
4 out of 10. Support channels are listed: live chat, which the footer describes as 24/7, and email. We could not confirm a complaint procedure, response times or a dispute resolution body, and we found no phone number. Those are the parts our method weights most, so the score stays low until they can be read.
How scores are built: Methodology. Commission never changes a score.
The company behind the brand
The licence holder is BM Solutions Ltd, registered in Malta (company number C 95857). The GRAI register lists two trading names under it: Casinoin and Betmaster. The licence was issued on 1 July 2026, the day GRAI remote betting licences took effect, and expires on 30 June 2029.
The footer is explicit about scope: the GRAI licence covers sportsbook products. BM Solutions Ltd also holds a Malta Gaming Authority licence for casino games, which is outside the atlas. The sportsbook page title on betmaster.ie mentions an online casino as well; this file covers only the sports betting that the GRAI licence permits.
Two links in the footer make checking easy. The licence number opens a PDF copy of the GRAI licence hosted on betmaster.ie, and a second link goes straight to the company’s entry on the GRAI register. We used the register as our reference.
We could not confirm a parent group, and we found no regulatory action against BM Solutions Ltd in the sources we checked. See Who owns which bookmaker for how licence holders and brands relate across the atlas.

Payments and withdrawal terms
Payment methods listed by Betmaster for customers in Ireland (euro):
- Debit cards (Visa, Mastercard)
- Google Pay
- Apple Pay
- Skrill
- Neteller
- MiFinity
- MuchBetter
- Payz
- paysafecard
- Neosurf (deposits only)
- Bank transfer (deposits only)
Since 1 July 2026, GRAI licensees may not accept credit cards or offer credit, so debit cards are the card option.
How a withdrawal works at Betmaster
- Verify. We could not confirm Betmaster’s verification steps on its public pages.
- Request. Withdrawals go back to the payment method or card used to deposit, as stated by Betmaster.
- Review. Minimum €20, maximum €10,000 per withdrawal; €10,000 a day, €20,000 a week and €60,000 a month; individual limits may be applied at Betmaster’s discretion.
- Payment. We could not find published withdrawal times.

Market coverage
Betmaster serves Ireland from its own domain. betmaster.ie forwards to its English section, and the sportsbook we link to, betmaster.ie/en/sportsbook, stayed on the .ie site when opened from an Irish IP address on 3 October 2026.
What we could confirm:
- A racing section for horses and greyhounds
- Football
- Esports
- In-Play
- Cash out, shown as a button in the bet slip
The full A–Z of sports is drawn by the app after it loads, and we could not read it. Gaelic football and hurling appear among the interface labels, which suggests they may be offered, but labels are not markets, so we list them as not confirmed. We could not confirm live streaming. A cash-out offer, here as elsewhere, is at the bookmaker’s discretion.
The atlas lists markets and features only, without prices, tips or previews of real events.
Pricing
We have not measured Betmaster’s margin. When the atlas takes its pricing sample, Betmaster will be checked on the same markets, at the same time, as every other operator, and the overround published with the date and time.
Since the full list of sports could not be read, the sample may need to rely on the markets confirmed here — racing and football — for Betmaster. How the overround is worked out, using an imaginary market, is in Bookmaker margins.
Support and complaints
Support: Live chat, listed in the footer as 24/7, and email (no phone number found).
Complaints: We could not confirm the complaint procedure, timings or a dispute resolution body.
Betmaster’s site lists two ways to get help: live chat, which the footer describes as available 24/7, and email. We found no phone number.
We could not read a complaint procedure, so we cannot give its stages, its response times or the name of a dispute resolution body. The terms are published as a PDF from the site; if you need to complain, check that document for the procedure first. Then:
- Raise the complaint on live chat or by email and ask for a reference.
- Keep the dates, bet references, screenshots and copies of every message.
- If Betmaster names a dispute resolution body in its terms, that is the next step once its final answer is given.
The GRAI’s complaints page takes reports that a licensee has broken an obligation already in force; it does not settle individual disputes. Our guide Complaints about a bookmaker covers all the routes.
Regulatory record
We found no published GRAI enforcement action against BM Solutions Ltd as of 4 October 2026.

- No published withdrawal times. Betmaster does not state how long a withdrawal takes, and may apply individual limits at its discretion.
- Debit only. Credit card deposits are not accepted.
