Your privacy choices

Some storage is essential: it remembers that you confirmed your age and what you choose here. Optional tools only run if you agree: Google Analytics 4 shows us which pages people find useful, and Google Ads tells us whether our ads bring visitors. Both come through the Google tag and stay switched off until you allow them. You can revisit this decision via “Cookie settings” in the footer. Read the Cookie Policy.

Terms of use for the atlas

Version of 4 October 2026For readers in Ireland, 18+

The rules for using rivoatlas.com: a free reference for adults in Ireland, published by IT PROFESSIONAL AND OTHER BUSINESS SOLUTION LIMITED. Bookmakers’ own terms govern anything you do with them.

Who we are

rivoatlas.com (“the atlas”, “Rivoatlas”, “we”) is published by IT PROFESSIONAL AND OTHER BUSINESS SOLUTION LIMITED, company number 17296656, registered in England and Wales. Registered office: 128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom. Email: support@rivoatlas.com.

The atlas is a reference to bookmakers that hold a remote betting licence from the Gambling Regulatory Authority of Ireland (GRAI). Rivoatlas is not a bookmaker and does not hold a gambling licence. We do not take bets, hold customer money, run betting accounts or act for you in dealings with a bookmaker.

These terms apply from 4 October 2026. By using the site you accept them; if you do not, please do not use it. Using the atlas is free and needs no account.

Adults only

The atlas is intended for adults aged 18 and over in Ireland. In Ireland, gambling by anyone under 18 is prohibited, and bookmakers must check age and identity before opening an account. If you are under 18, please leave the site.

The 18+ question on your first visit is a reminder, not an age check. Parents and carers can block gambling sites in phone and computer settings.

Information, not advice

Everything in the atlas is general reference information: licence facts from the GRAI register, what bookmakers publish for Irish customers, and our scores under a published method. It is not financial, legal or betting advice, and it is not a recommendation to open an account or place a bet. Whether and how you bet is your decision.

Betting costs money and most bets lose. Set a deposit limit before you start. Free, confidential help is available from the GamblingCare National Helpline on 1800 936 725 (24/7); more on our Responsible gambling page.

Links to bookmakers

Links marked as advertising lead to bookmakers’ websites, which we do not control. Any account you open and any bet you place is a contract between you and that bookmaker under its terms and conditions. Where those terms differ from anything in the atlas, the bookmaker’s terms govern your account.

We may receive a commission when a reader opens an account through our links. How that works, and what it never changes, is set out in our Advertising disclosure.

Before you open an account, check the bookmaker’s licence yourself on the GRAI public register (our guide: How to check a licence).

Accuracy and corrections

We take facts from dated sources and say when we checked them; the register was last checked on 4 October 2026. Licences, terms, payment methods and tools can change at any time, so we cannot promise that every detail is complete and current when you read it.

If you see an error, tell us through the contact form (topic “A fact in the atlas is out of date”) or at support@rivoatlas.com, with the page and a link to the source. We re-check reported facts and correct confirmed errors with a new date.

Acceptable use

Please do not:

  • use the site or the contact form to send spam, malware or unlawful content;
  • try to break, overload or get around the security of the site;
  • copy the atlas automatically on a scale that burdens the server, or present a copy as an official register;
  • use the site in a way that breaks the law or interferes with other readers.

We may block access that breaks these rules.

Intellectual property

The text, tables, scores, layout and graphics of the atlas belong to IT PROFESSIONAL AND OTHER BUSINESS SOLUTION LIMITED or are used with permission. Licence data comes from the GRAI public register, which anyone can consult.

You may read the site, link to any page and quote short extracts with a credit and a link to the source page. Please do not republish whole pages or operator files, or present our work as your own.

Bookmakers’ names and logos belong to their owners and appear only to identify them. We do not use the logos of GRAI, the HSE or support services.

Liability

The atlas is provided free of charge and as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from betting decisions, from a bookmaker’s products, conduct or terms, from information that changed after we checked it, or from the site being unavailable.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Nothing affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

Changes

We may update these terms, for example when the site or the law changes. The version date at the top of the page shows the current text (4 October 2026). Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, where the publishing company is registered. If you live in Ireland or elsewhere in the European Union, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of your country, and you may bring proceedings in the courts where you live where the law allows.

Questions about these terms: admin@rivoatlas.com. Personal data is covered by our Privacy notice and Cookies and storage policy; the limits of the information are set out in our Disclaimer.
